3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external service provider. When you visit it, the server automatically collects and stores information transmitted by your browser: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time of the request and IP address. This data is used solely to operate the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.
4. Fonts
The fonts used are loaded directly from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts).
5. Video (YouTube) and map (Google Maps)
On the home page you can play a video from YouTube and display a map from Google Maps. Both are only loaded once you click “Play video” or “Show map” (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Only then is a connection made to servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; among other things your IP address is transmitted and cookies may be set. The video is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Details: policies.google.com/privacy.
The links to route planning, Facebook and Instagram lead to external websites; the privacy policies of those providers apply only once you click them.
6. Enquiries by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, for example to book a table, we process your details (name, request, contact details) to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
